ERPA’s PeopleSoft Applications Automated Access and Monitoring Controls Security as a Service is an introduction to leading practices in security management and Managed Services for PeopleSoft Application Data Security for HCM, FSCM, CS, and Portal Apps. This presentation looks to provide relevant information to anyone involved with PeopleSoft security.
We will discuss how we manage security in all sizes of PeopleSoft application ecosystems and peripheral bolt-on system that are both PeopleSoft related and Non-Oracle. We provide an overview of leading security practices designed for entities with extensive PeopleSoft user base and frequent changes requiring provisioning of automated user creations, transfers, terminations, Job Duty-based access assignments including the implementation of separation of duties, audit controls, automated monitoring controls required for State/Federal/ FERPA/FinAid compliance regulations.
The presentation will cover the installation of ERPA’s security automation code base, the establishment of a one-time baseline of security structure including security clean up by risk, expert re-design, eliminate all security loop-holes. Also, we will walk the attendees through the steps of implementing separation of duty risks, identification of owners, approvers and delegated approvers in each business process area. Lastly, we will discuss how we conduct training and change management activities.
We will finish the presentation with a conversation on how we work seamlessly with the institutions’ security office for all on-going security provisioning, audit, compliance, change management, and maintenance activities.
