I want to give you some feedback on ERPA’s work and assistance with the Open Enrollment process.

The expertise and dedication that the resource has provided in our effort is exemplary.  He worked on all the lessons learned customizations for this year’s OE and they were all above expectations.  He has insight to the OE process and created these customizations to appear simple.

He created and updated the OE Benefit Statements that will be available and created a Dental customization based upon a rule from the vendor that in years before was a manual effort, now it is a process.   His Spousal Surcharge certification page is over the top good.

The resource made this year’s OE possible with all the bells and whistles that were missing and this was completed in a short development time while I know he was working on some payroll issues at the same time and has provided a level of confidence in making the rollout possible.

I want you to know that working with ERPA is money well spent.
